Activation and service
Activation starts after payment is confirmed. Your 30 days begin when activation succeeds.
For individuals aged 18 or over who can lawfully enter a contract and purchase and use the service in their location. A US +1 number does not imply worldwide roaming or availability in every region. Check the device, network and stated usage requirements first. Purchases and use are unavailable where prohibited by law or provider restrictions.
For a dispute, contact support with the original order reference so we can seek a resolution. Applicable law and competent authorities are determined by the rules governing the transaction. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or exclude non-waivable consumer rights.
